Breakfast

Buffet with bread, butter, jam, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea, milk, ovo, hot chocolate

Lunch

Cold meals: sandwich, dry meat plate, cheese plate and much more
Warm meals (daily until 15.00h): Rösti (Swiss hashbrowns), Käseschnitte (Swiss speciality), soup (with sausages) and more
Special: fruit cake with coffee.

Dinner

Soup, main course and dessert
Vegetarian: We also serve vegetarian meals, but only ordered in advance with the reservation.

Lunch / Snack

Lunch package: 1 sandwich, 1 Chocolate bar, 1 fruit

Beverages

Warm beverages

• Tea, coffee, milk coffee, punch, ovomaltine, hot chocolate
• House coffee, glogg, tea with schnaps, etc.

Cold beverages

• Homemade iced tea, alpine herb syrup, elderflower syrup
• Rivella, Coke, Shorle, etc.
• Barrelled beer (Gurten Beer), Blüemlisalp beer (Amber from Frutigen)

Wine

We offer you a small but fine selection of red, rosé and white wines.

Water

The Bluemlisalp Hut does NOT have drinking water. Our water comes from rain, meltwater and surface water, which is collected drudgingly. Everyday work requires that we even have water. Selling different beverages helps us to keep this work going.
